When will my order arrive?

Each piece is made to order. Most UK orders arrive within 7–10 days with tracking once shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — Static Rat currently delivers to UK addresses only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free across the UK. Every order includes tracked delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once production starts, we can’t change or cancel — everything’s made to order. If you spot a mistake, email info@staticrat.co.uk right away.

Are the clothes true to size?

Yes — but check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, go up one.

Where are your items made?

Produced on demand via certified UK/EU partners using organic cotton and low-impact inks.

Are all items limited?

No. We have a core range that can be restocked. Only limited and special edition pieces are issued as numbered SR releases and move to the Archive once sold out.

Do you accept returns?

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. Because each piece is made individually, we can’t accept size-based returns.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email info@staticrat.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll sort it.

What’s the SR code on my label?

SR codes appear only on limited or special edition items. Each one is registered in the Static Rat logging system — a traceable archive of issue numbers, dates and provenance for collectors.

Can ownership be transferred if I sell it?

Yes — for SR-coded items. Email the item’s verification code and the new owner’s details to info@staticrat.co.uk and we’ll update the register.
