Refunds & Returns Policy – Static Rat ⚡

 

Made to order

Every Static Rat product is made especially for you as soon as you order it. Because of this, we don’t hold stock and can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply don’t like the item. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please email us at info@staticrat.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted.

 

Wrong address / failed delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if it goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll confirm whether a replacement or refund is due.
