Made to order

All Static Rat products are made especially for you as soon as you order. Because of this, shipping times include both fulfilment (production) and delivery.

Fulfilment time

Orders usually take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping. During peak times (holidays, sales), it may take slightly longer.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Wrong address / failed delivery

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Customs & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.
